Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon payment, we have a considered refund policy that is fair to both parties. Please read this before purchasing.

The short version

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase where a genuine technical issue prevented you from accessing the product, or where the product was materially different from its description. We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or did not use the product.

Eligible and non-eligible scenarios

✓ Eligible for a refund

A technical error prevented you from downloading the product after payment. The product file was corrupted or unusable. The product was materially and significantly different from its description on the product page. You were charged twice for the same product.

✗ Not eligible for a refund

You changed your mind after downloading. You did not read the product description before purchasing. The product did not meet your expectations despite matching its description. You purchased the wrong product by mistake after downloading it.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@bodhiprofessional.com within 7 days of your purchase with the following:

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have statutory rights that apply to digital content purchases. In particular, digital content supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our product fails to meet these standards, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the policy above.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund that falls outside this policy, please contact us at hello@bodhiprofessional.com.

Purchases made via Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad

If you purchased through our Lemon Squeezy storefront, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and their refund process may also apply. If you purchased through Gumroad, Gumroad's own buyer protection policies may also apply. In all cases, emailing hello@bodhiprofessional.com is the fastest way to resolve any issue.
