1. About Bodhi Professional

Bodhi Professional is a digital product business operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom. We sell digital products including prompt packs, playbooks, toolkits, and templates via our storefronts on Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad. 2. Digital Products — What You Receive

All products sold by Bodhi Professional are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to download your purchased product(s). Products are delivered as digital files (including but not limited to: .docx, .csv, .html, .pdf, and .zip formats).

There is no physical product. No physical item will be shipped to you. Delivery is complete when the download link is made available to you.

3. Licence — Personal Use

When you purchase a product from Bodhi Professional, you are purchasing a single-user personal licence. This licence grants you the right to:

• Download and use the product for your own personal and professional work
• Adapt and modify the product content for your own use
• Use the prompts, templates, and frameworks in your day-to-day professional activities

This licence does not grant you the right to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others (in original or modified form)
• Offer the product or its contents as part of a product or service you sell
• Publish the product contents publicly (e.g. on a blog, course platform, or social media) in a way that would substitute for a purchase
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original product content

4. Intellectual Property

All content contained within Bodhi Professional products — including prompts, frameworks, templates, written content, and structural design — is the original intellectual property of Bodhi Professional. All rights are reserved except those explicitly granted under the personal licence above.

5. Accuracy and Results

All products are created from genuine professional experience and are designed to be practically useful. However, Bodhi Professional makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results from using our products. The prompts, frameworks, and templates are tools — results depend on how they are applied and the specific context of your work.

Products are provided for informational and professional productivity purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise).

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely by our platform partners (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad). Bodhi Professional does not store your payment details.

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through our Lemon Squeezy storefront and handles all applicable VAT and sales tax automatically.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bodhi Professional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available at bodhiprofessional.com/terms. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
